The managers dog was awesome. I actually loved the bed. It was really big and I am super tall so I actually fit.

Pool and hot tub was cold. Breakfast was waffles and cold cereal. Doors did not lock without deadbolt.

The location worked in terms of getting us an hour closer to home.
This is an old motel that doesn't seem to have been kept up very well at all. There was almost nothing healthy for breakfast and the coffee was out and nobody to fill it. The staff seem to be involved in other things than check out or filling breakfast items.

Had a confirmed reservation for two queen beds. They said they didn't have rooms with 2 queens; gave us a "suite" with king and rollaway. Don't believe it was a "suite"! The rollaway was so uncomfortable that we had to check into another motel late at night. Staff was hard to understand; rooms were not clean. Would not recommend.

Sauna and (extra chlorinated) pool. Staff offered to pay if things were stolen (reason explained below).
Save yourself some sad surprise by not choosing Room 200 at Rodeway Inn @ Salina, ut. That room could be opened without even the card key, which sort of beats the point of having a key. I mean, what's the point of a lock that you could open without key? The manager was pretty fair about it though, offering to pay if anything was stolen, and telling us that it was a zero crime rate city.

Perfect location close to beach, very friendly staff, everything was fine. The room was beautifully maintained with great view and the overall experience was perfectly pleasant. There was variety of food for breakfast, it was great. Location: the hotel was near restaurant, the electric outlets and Salina, Utah. I loved 1 night there.

The room was cozy, and the breakfast spread was surprisingly tasty with waffles, bagels, and fresh coffee. I loved relaxing by the heated swimming pool and enjoyed a quick dip in the jacuzzi after a long drive. The room was a bit tight for space, but it was perfect for a quick restful night 😊

Nothing but a terrible experience. Unfriendly staff, room was unclean, and not cleaned for two night stay.
The door was latched with a jump rope. No toilet paper in the bathroom.

We had a good time here with the roll-in shower being a highlight for my wheelchair-bound partner. The breakfast waffles were delicious too, and we enjoyed our stay overall. A bit of worn bedding was the only downside, but we'd come back again.

Couples seeking decent stay
The staff were friendly from the start. They even helped with my confusion about the key cards. Plus, the hot shower was really nice after a long day out. It's those little things, you know?
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable for what we got.
